What happens on the free call?
It's a 30-minute video call. You tell us about your business and what's taking your team too much time. We ask about your processes and software, then tell you honestly whether AI or better software can help and what a sensible first step would be. There's no cost and no obligation.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the work, so we don't publish a price list. After the free call, you get a fixed-scope quote: exactly what we'll do and what it costs, in writing, before any work starts.
Do we have to replace our current software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, spreadsheets, and accounting software, and connect or extend them. We only recommend new software when it's clearly worth the switch.
We already pay for AI tools, but nobody uses them. Can you help?
Yes. This is very common. Buying licenses doesn't change how work gets done. We identify specific tasks where the tools help, set them up for those tasks, and train the people who do that work.
Our data is messy. Is that a problem?
No. Most businesses are in the same position. Part of the assessment is looking at the information you have and what it would take to make it useful.
How much of our team's time will this take?
We keep it as light as possible. Typically we need one person on your side who can make decisions, plus access to the systems involved. The quote spells out what we need from you.
What about our data and privacy?
We only ask for access to the systems a project needs. Before anything is built, we walk you through how your data will be handled, including which AI services are involved, so you can decide what you're comfortable with.
